Comme toujours, l'Association a dévoilé ce matin la liste des matchs sekitori pour les deux premiers jours de compétition.
As always, the Association unveiled this morning the list of the sekitori matches for the first two days of competition.
La première chose que l’on remarque est l’absence de Kotoshoho, le Maegashira 14. D’après plusieurs informations, il s’est blessé à la cuisse vendredi dernier pendant le keiko-soken. Mitakeumi (J1) sera donc de retour sur le tableau Makuuchi dimanche en faisant face à Tochitaikai, et Kitanowaka (Ms 1) défiera Mudoho en Juryo.
Parmi les rencontres intéressantes de la journée d’ouverture, on pourra voir des belles rivalités comme Endo-Shodai (11-9 pour S) ou Takayasu-Tamawashi (21-18 pour l’ancien ozeki). Les deux frères Onami auront des adversaires "de choix" : Onosato-Wakamotoharu (4-2 en faveur d’ONS) et Hoshoryu-Wakatakakage (8-6 pour WTK).
