Natsu basho : quelques nouvelles recrues sont déjà connues

Natsu basho: a few recruits are known.

Ces dernières semaines, l'Association a approuvé l'introduction de cinq tsukidashi en bas du tableau Makushita pour mai. J'avais déjà évoqué Gyotoku pour Tamanoi-beya (cf. l'article ici), voici les autres :

• (photo) Minami et Yano ont reçu leur plaque d'identification il y a quelques jours chez Hidenoyama-beya.

• Otowayama-beya a sélectionné Urayama, un garçon classé quart-de-finaliste des championnats universitaires 2024. FYI, c'est le fils de l'ancien entraîneur d'Asanoyama décédé en 2017.

• Tokitsukaze-beya accueille Buyantogtokh, un mongol qui a remporté le même concours qu'Urayama. Cependant, il doit d'abord terminer un stage de fin d'études avant d'intégrer le club.

• Futagoyama-beya a inscrit Takahara dans sa "famille", mais le jeune homme doit finir sa période de rééducation de l'épaule avant de s'entraîner sur un dohyo.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

In recent weeks, the Association approved the introduction of five tsukidashi at the bottom of the Makushita rankings for May. I have already mentioned Gyotoku for Tamanoi-beya (see the post here), here are the others:

• (photo) Minami and Yano received their identification plates a few days ago at Hidenoyama-beya.

• Otowayama-beya selected Urayama, who was ranked in the quarterfinals of the 2024 University championships. FYI, he's the son of Asanoyama's former coach, who died in 2017.

• Tokitsukaze-beya welcomes Buyantogtokh, a Mongolian who won the same competition as Urayama. However, he must complete an end-of-studies internship before joining the stable.

• Futagoyama-beya registered Takahara in their "family", but the young man is in rehabilitation after a shoulder surgery.
