On apprend en ce début de semaine que les Makushita Kamito et Akua, deux compagnons du Grand champion chez Tatsunami-beya, s’entraînent depuis quelques jours à la danse de l’arc.

Tatsuosho était lui aussi candidat en décembre, mais son absence au tournoi de janvier l’a mis "hors-jeu". Akua, qui est le principal prospect pour ce rôle, a visionné pendant plusieurs heures des vidéos du Maître en la matière, Satonofuji, C’est leur directeur qui lui a proposé le 29 janvier dernier quand Hoshoryu s'exerçait au dohyo-iri avec Musashimaru.

La première démonstration en public se fera en avril pendant le jungyo, mais les deux hommes voudraient commencer si possible à la fin du Haru basho. FYI, Hoshoryu les a choisi comme tsukebito il y a quelques jours.
