Après la journée spéciale NHK d’hier, le Kokugikan accueillait aujourd'hui une compétition "amicale".
Le programme a été modifié après l’annonce fin janvier du retrait de Fuji TV pour la couverture. Parmi les changements, on a pu noter la démonstration d’Hoshoryu pour nouer sa corde blanche et l’absence de rencontres entre oyakata comme les éditions précédentes.
Le vainqueur Juryo est Ryuden. Chez les Makuuchi, Takayasu remporte son troisième titre (2019 et 2020). Vous pouvez d’ailleurs regarder la finale contre Wakamotoharu sur ce lien.

After yesterday's NHK special day, the Kokugikan hosted a "friendly" competition today.
The program was changed after the announcement of Fuji TV's withdrawal at the end of January for the cover. Among the changes, we could note Hoshoryu's demonstration to tie his white rope and the absence of matches between oyakata as in previous editions.
The Juryo winner is Ryuden. In Makuuchi, Takayasu won his third title (2019 and 2020). You can watch the final against Wakamotoharu on this link.
