Tout au long du mois de juillet, l’Association présentera ses archives du tournoi de Nagoya 1967 remporté par le 47e yokozuna, Kashiwado.
On nous propose de regarder vingt matchs pour l'ouverture du basho. Taiho rendait sa vingt-cinquième coupe de l’Empereur au président Tokitsukaze (fka Futabayama, Y35). Vous pouvez voir par exemple les premières générations Tochiazuma (4:16), Kotozakura (13:57) et Yutakayama (17:28) avant les ozeki Kitanofuji (18:25) et Tamanoshima (19:24).
C’est à la fin de cette quinzaine que l’ancien sekiwake Tsurugamine (2-13 en M8) prendra sa retraite pour assurer la direction de son club Kimigahama/Izutsu-beya. ENGLISH TRANSLATION
Throughout the month of July, the Association will present their archives of the 1967 Nagoya tournament won by the 47th yokozuna, Kashiwado.
We are offered to watch twenty matches for the opening of the basho. Taiho returned his twenty-fifth Emperor's cup to President Tokitsukaze (fka Futabayama, Y35).
