Pendant que les lutteurs Makuuchi et quelques Juryo sont sur les routes nippones pour la tournée hivernale, le reste des clubs s’entraîne de leurs côtés à Tokyo.

Ainsi, on apprend qu’Ajigawa-beya est actuellement en degeiko au club Asakayama, en compagnie d’Oshima. L’ancien sekiwake Aminishiki aurait « prescrit » une très forte préparation au jeune Ukrainien en évoquant aussi la possibilité d’autres visites d’ici à la fin du mois.
