The Association is planning a tournament to celebrate its centenary
Rendez-vous le mardi 7 octobre au Kokugikan pour fêter les 100 ans de la NSK !
Un premier programme est annoncé, on aura quelques animations dans la matinée avant la compétition de l’après-midi. Un sandan-gamae avec les yokozuna est aussi prévu, c’est-à-dire une cérémonie "à trois poses". C’est un rituel très rare car présenté seulement pour de grandes occasions, la dernière étant 2017 pour l’annonce des Jeux de Tokyo 2020.

A first program is announced, we will have some entertainment in the morning before the afternoon competition. A sandan-gamae with the yokozuna is also planned, i.e. a "three-pose" ceremony.
