Isegahama-beya presents a public session before the Kyushu basho
Samedi, le club de Terunofuji a donné rendez-vous à approx. 300 personnes au parc Shin-Yokohama de Tokyo, près de leur bâtiment.
La plupart des rikishi étant partis à Fukuoka pour la préparation du tournoi, il n’y avait pas le groupe complet (même Kusano était absent mais aucune raison n’a été donnée à part qu’il était remplacé à la dernière minute par Takerufuji…).
Parmi les lutteurs, Ochirusaihan a fait forte impression sur la soixantaine d’écoliers. Tout le monde était impressionné par ce jeune homme qui a passé "clandestinement" 4,5 ans à s’entraîner et observer ses camarades. À l’inverse de beaucoup de recrues très excitées d’entrer dans la vie professionnelle d’un sumotori, Ochir’ paraît neutre sans dévoiler ses émotions. Il réussit à maîtriser Hakuoho ou Atamifuji sans effort et a déjà un potentiel de san’yaku.

On Saturday, Terunofuji’s stable gave an appointment to approx. 300 people at Tokyo's Shin-Yokohama Park, near their building.
Most of the rikishi had gone to Fukuoka for the preparation of the tournament, so there was not the full group (even Kusano was absent but no reason was given except that he was replaced at the last minute by Takerufuji...).
Among the wrestlers, Ochirusaihan made a strong impression on the sixty schoolchildren. Everyone was impressed by this young man who spent 4.5 years "clandestinely" training and observing his stablemates. Unlike many recruits who are very excited to enter the professional life of a sumotori, Ochir' seems neutral without revealing his emotions. He managed to master Hakuoho or Atamifuji effortlessly and already has a san'yaku potential.
