Chaque jour, l’Association partage sur son site officiel un quiz sur de nombreux sujets. Je vous en partagerai régulièrement le contenu.
Les yokozuna Wakanohana II (56, en haut) et Takanosato (59, en bas) ont bien plus en commun que leur club -Futagoyama- et la corde blanche : ils ont démarré leur carrière ensemble en 1968 ! Je dirais même plus, ils ont voyagé d’Aomori en Tokyo DANS LE MÊME TRAIN !
En effet, TNS ne se prédestinait pas au sumo mais plutôt au judo ou au football. Il accompagnait WNH à la capitale pour un rendez-vous dans l’institution de Wakanohana I, et le directeur a remarqué le physique du futur Grand champion en l’invitant a essayé le sport. Il le surnommera d'ailleurs « Popeye ».
