Comme à chaque fin de tournoi, le conseil YDC se réunit afin de faire le point sur la compétition qu'ils viennent de voir et pour discuter du prochain banzuke.
Le président Tadamori (photo) félicite Onosato pour sa performance, ajoutant que le groupe le surveillera de près à Tokyo en mai, et répétant le mot ESPOIR à de nombreuses reprises dans son discours. Concernant Hoshoryu, l'assemblée semble déçue de son abandon mardi dernier mais veut voir le yokozuna en forme dès le prochain tournoi pour honorer son titre et les engagements qu'il implique.
ENGLISH TRANSLATION
At the end of every tournament, the YDC council meets to take stock of the competition they have just seen and to discuss the next banzuke.
President Tadamori (photo) congratulates Onosato on his performance, adding that the group will be watching him closely in Tokyo in May, repeating the word HOPE many times in his speech. Regarding Hoshoryu, the assembly seems disappointed by his withdrawal last Tuesday but wants to see the yokozuna in shape from the next tournament to honor his title and the commitments it implies.
