Danpatsu-shiki: Aoiyama transforms into Iwatomo-oyakata
Dimanche 7 septembre, l’ancien sekiwake bulgare faisait couper son chignon.
Retraité des dohyo depuis maintenant un an, l’instructeur Iwatomo a réservé une des salles du Kokugikan pour l’événement. Approx. 280 personnes étaient invitées dont Hoshoryu, Mitakeumi et Tochitaikai. On a également vu Naruto-oyakata (fka ozeki Kotooshu), l’un de ses compatriotes.

On Sunday, September 7, the former Bulgarian sekiwake had his topknot cut.
Retired from the dohyo for a year now, instructor Iwatomo has reserved one of the rooms at the Kokugikan for the event. Approx. 280 people were invited including Hoshoryu, Mitakeumi and Tochitaikai. We also saw Naruto-oyakata (fka ozeki Kotooshu), one of his compatriots.
