Samedi, il n’y a presque aucun changement dans les échappées sekitori. Seule la Makuuchi retombe à six hommes, pendant que Wakanosho garde son avance en Juryo.

Le Makushita 2 Okaryu (Tatsunami-beya, 4-0) était aujourd’hui en visite dans le tableau de la deuxième division. Il a largement dominé Shimazuumi et capture ainsi son kachi-koshi.

En première ligue, deux héros locaux se faisaient face (photo) : Gonoyama (6-1) reste dans le haut du classement en renversant Ura. Juste après, Hakunofuji (1-2-4) revient en lice et fonce sur Onokatsu.

En san’yaku, Takayasu (6-1) fait coup double ! Il éjecte d'abord le Kimura Konosuke avant Daieisho. Atamifuji brise un peu plus l’espoir d’Aonishiki avec la corde blanche avant qu’Hoshoryu (6-1) écrase Oho.

Le public a choisi ses MVP pour le septième jour :

Makuuchi : Atamifuji (2), Takayasu (4), Hoshoryu (2)
Juryo : Wakanosho (3), Okaryu (Makushita 2), Daiseizan et Kazekeno (2)

On Saturday, there are almost no changes in the sekitori breakaways. Only the Makuuchi fell back to six men, while Wakanosho kept his lead in Juryo.

Makushita 2 Okaryu (Tatsunami-beya, 4-0) was visiting the second division today. He largely dominated Shimazuumi and thus captured his kachi-koshi.

In the first league, two local heroes faced each other (photo): Gonoyama (6-1) remains at the top of the leaderboard by overthrowing Ura. Just after, Hakunofuji (1-2-4) came back into the competition and rushed Onokatsu.

In san'yaku, Takayasu (6-1) scored a double! He ejected first the Kimura Konosuke before Daieisho. Atamifuji shattered Aonishiki's hopes a little more with the white rope before Hoshoryu (6-1) crushed Oho.
