Le président Toshimori, porte-parole de l’assemblée, fait un très bon bilan général. Il est heureux du comportement des yokozuna malgré un "léger" débordement d’Hoshoryu et trouve dommage qu’Onosato n’ait pas pris part au match de championnat. Il souhaite voir encore beaucoup d’autres affrontements comme ceux de dimanche.
