Mercredi soir, on constate que la san’yaku est toute déchue… Toute ? Non, "seul un sekiwake résiste encore et toujours" !
En Juryo, Meisei perd son avantage, dépassé par Nishinoryu (photo). De son côté, Fujiseiun garde la tête de la course en écartant Shirokuma.
En Makuuchi, Asanoyama n’a pas peur de Shishi et le renverse assez facilement. Cette rencontre est sans doute la plus belle de la quatrième journée du tournoi : Kirishima conserve sa place de leader en sortant Wakamotoharu.
Pour finir, peut-on surnommer Yoshinofuji le "Galactus" de la compétition de la nouvelle année [NDLR, un personnage de l’univers Marvel 😉] ? Après Hoshoryu, le Maegashira 1 s’offre aujourd’hui Onosato !

In Makuuchi, Asanoyama is not afraid of Shishi and knocked him down quite easily. This match is undoubtedly the best of the fourth day of the tournament: Kirishima retains his leadership by taking out Wakamotoharu.
Finally, can we call Yoshinofuji the "Galactus" of the New year's competition [editor's note, a character from the Marvel universe 😉]? After Hoshoryu, the Maegashira 1 is now getting Onosato!
