L’Association a programmé des examens médicaux pour les lutteurs qui ne participent pas à la tournée estivale. Ainsi, on a pu voir Nabatame (Futagoyama-beya), absent de Nagoya à cause d’un LCA. Le Juryo 10 est sorti de l’hôpital fin juillet.

J’ai attaqué la rééducation il y a plusieurs jours, je recommence à marcher mais sans forcer sur l’articulation. J’envisage de revenir sur le dohyo vers le mois de mars, perdre mon statut sekitori n’est pas le plus important.

De son côté, Kiryuko (Tatsunami) planifie son retour en novembre ou janvier. Victime de la même blessure, sa réhabilitation a été un peu périlleuse ces dernières semaines mais il a repris l’entraînement au mois de juin.
