Dimanche, c’est le nakabi c-à-d le jour où les compteurs kachi-koshi (8+ victoires) et make-koshi (8+ défaites) peuvent se débloquer dans les deux plus hautes divisions !

En Juryo, Enho entraîne Kayo à poser le pied derrière la ligne. Kazekeno de son côté prend DEUX points d’avance sur ses poursuivants en éjectant Toshinofuji.

En Makuuchi, Fujiryoga ne perd pas de temps pour asseoir Kotoeiho dans le coin. Quelques instants plus tard, il faudra deux matchs à Tobizaru pour triompher d’Ura.

Vers la fin de journée, Wakatakakage gardera sa place dans l’échappée en se débarrassant d’Oho. Pour conclure cette première partie du tournoi, Gonoyama ne tremble pas devant Kirishima et prive l’ozeki d’une série invincible…

BONUS : Dans la quatrième ligue Sandanme, Mita attire Hokutoryu au sol pour décrocher son quatrième point blanc !

NB : Onosato et Aonishiki n'ont pas participé dès le premier jour, tandis que Hoshoryu (0-2-6) a déclaré forfait lundi matin...

In Juryo, Enho brought Kayo to put his foot behind the line. Kazekeno on his side took a TWO-point lead over his pursuers by ejecting Toshinofuji.

In Makuuchi, Fujiryoga wasted no time in sitting Kotoeiho in the corner. A few moments later, it would take Tobizaru two bouts to triumph over Ura.

Towards the end of the day, Wakatakakage kept his place in the breakaway by getting rid of Oho. To conclude this first part of the tournament, Gonoyama did not shiver against Kirishima and robbed the ozeki of an invincible streak...

BONUS: In the fourth league Sandanme, Mita trapped Hokutoryu to the ground to get his fourth white point!
