Mardi, on ne compte déjà plus que sept hommes dans l'échappée Makuuchi ! En revanche, la mauvaise nouvelle vient en Juryo, Wakanosho doit abandonner pour guérir une blessure au pied droit, ce qui laisse Kazekeno empocher une victoire par défaut.
Le duel des shin-sekitori s'est joué aujourd'hui : Miyanokaze glisse sous la pression de Mita, qui reste "impeccable". Nabatame rejoint son partenaire de la Futagoyama-beya dans le haut du tableau en poussant Mudoho.
Endo reste en tête grâce à un mono-ii qui désavantage Atamifuji. Vers la fin de journée, Wakatakakage égalise sa rivalité 7-7 avec Kotozakura en l'éjectant du dohyo. Enfin, Oho décroche le premier kinboshi de la quinzaine en appuyant sur l'épaule d'Hoshoryu qui chargeait devant lui.
Le bonus de cette troisième journée n'est pas un, mais SIX matchs ! En effet, la maezumo a entamé son tournoi ce matin et @OneLoveLulit y assistait. C'était aussi l'occasion de découvrir le nouveau gyoji S. Tomosaburo (Otowayama-beya).

On Tuesday, there are already only SEVEN men left in the Makuuchi breakaway! However, the bad news comes in Juryo, Wakanosho has to withdraw to heal a right foot injury, which leaves Kazekeno to pocket a victory by default.
The duel of the shin-sekitori was played today: Miyanokaze slipped under pressure from Mita, who's still "flawless". Nabatame joins his Futagoyama-beya mate at the top of the table by pushing Mudoho.
Endo remains in the lead thanks to a mono-ii that disadvantages Atamifuji. Towards the end of the day, Wakatakakage equalizes his rivalry 7-7 with Kotozakura by ejecting him from the dohyo. Finally, Oho won the first kinboshi of the fortnight by pressing on the shoulder of Hoshoryu who was charging in front of him!
The bonus of this third day is not one, but SIX bouts! Indeed, the maezumo rikishi started their tournament this morning and @OneLoveLulit was there. It was also an opportunity to discover the new gyoji S. Tomosaburo (Otowayama-beya).
